Individual Sessions
Therapy sessions are available for teens and adults. Sessions are offered virtually on the online Jane App platform or in person in Hamilton, ON. Each session is catered to meet your individual needs and to help you meet your mental health goals.
Session Details
Duration: 50 minutes

Cost: $150
Virtual ​Requirements: A computer or phone with a camera, microphone, and a stable internet connection

In Person Sessions are held at my office located at the Hamilton Therapy Collective at 185 Young St, Unit 102, Hamilton, ON L8N 1V9

Note: Direct billing to insurance is currently not available; however, a receipt will be provided after payment that can be submitted to your insurance provider for reimbursement. For more information, click here.
Types of Therapy

"Theories" of psychotherapy are essentially treatment methods or styles of approaching therapy. I incorporate elements of Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Emotionally Focused Individual Therapy (EFIT), Music Therapy, and Person-Centred Techniques. Additionally, I have been trained in Prolonged Exposure Therapy for PTSD. Despite this, research has overwhelmingly shown that the therapeutic relationship between the therapist and the client, as well as the client's motivation to change, are more important than the specific theory of therapy to improving mental health.
